The Rare Touch, an Arts and Cultural Experience has brought together tweens and teens with artists and mentors for over nine years. Beginning in 2009, Ronna Green and a team of volunteers provided classes and instruction for youth free of charge.  Hadessah Girls offers tactile and tangible learning experiences in the performing arts and exposure to the cultural impacts of art. At The Rare Touch, The expression of art is introduced by the beauty industry. Hair design, make-up, and fashion are all distinguished by their performance element; how we are observed and experienced in our community.
